What is probate?

Probate refers to the legal process of managing someone's estate (their money, property and personal possessions) after they have died. To prove you have the authority to deal with someone's estate, you may need to apply for a grant of probate or letters of administration.

The probate process can feel overwhelming, especially if you are grieving. We're here to take on the responsibility, so that you can take care of what really matters.

Not sure if you need probate? You're not alone.
